Kualifikasi :

• Minimal D2 jurusan apapun (Freshgraduate dipersilahkan)
• Communication skill yang baik
• Memiliki jiwa pelayanan yang tinggi
• Memiliki skill problem solving
• Mudah bersosialisasi

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Menghandle lead produk dan jasa perusahaan yang masuk.
• Membuat daily report lead dan menginput lead yang teroper ke sistem ERP.
• Mendengarkan dan menangani keluhan customer (Complaint)
• Melakukan Follow Up mengenai pengalaman mereka saat menggunakan produk atau jasa dari perusahaan.
