Job Description – Making and implementing strategies to increase customer – Monitor customer satisfaction – Maximize customer awareness – Making plans for promoting the facilities – Building and maintaining relationships with vendors – Overseeing employee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and exit processes – Preparing operational reports for other managers or owners – Supervising daily operations and employees – Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement ・Having work experience as Hotel Manager at least 3 years ・Actively using English (verbal and nonverbal) ・Used to implement MICE facility ・Strong leadership skill ・Detail oriented & fast learner ・Computer literate (Ms. Office, Canva and other design tools)
