Persyaratan
1. Pendidikan minimal SMA/S1.
2. Maksimal berusia 35 Tahun.
3. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 Tahun dibidang yang sama.
4. Dapat menggunakan komputer dan Microsoft Office.
5. Memiliki kepribadian kerja yang baik, teliti, jujur dan disiplin.
6. Memiliki kerapian yang baik dalam administrasi
7. Bersedia ditempatkan di Deltamas, Cikarang, Jawa Barat.
Tanggung Jawab
1. Menjaga dan Mengecek Inventory Kantor.
2. Mengecek Biaya Operasional dan Membuat Reiburstment Ke Pusat.
3. Membuat Data Absensi dan Lembur.
4. Membuat Laporan Mingguan/Bulanan.
5. Merapikan Dokumen Dan Membuat Salinan Dari Tiap Dokumen Yang Ada.
6. Mempersiapkan seluruh berkas Administrasi Project sesuai dengan SOP Perusahaan
7. Membantu semua bagian yang terlibat dalam proyek mempersiapkan dokumen dan berkas proyek
8. Membantu Project Supervisor dalam hal Administrasi Project.
9. Memastikan semua Administrasi Project tertata Rapi dan terjaga kerahasiaannya.
10. Kordinasi dengan pihak internal terkait masalah Project.
11. Membuat Work Permit.
12. Document Control.

Our most recent addition is our state-of-the-art manufacturing facil’ty ocated
further west in the developing industrial area in Tangerang, which has recently been
appointed as our headquarters.
With experienced engineers hailing from Italy and China, Maxon is constantly
